Supermarket giants Tesco are filming a Christmas advert today (Thurs 26) at the Hoylake Parade community centre. I gather the theme is all about helping the local community.
On site there’s several equipment trucks, catering vans, lighting rigs, etc:
Seems to be plenty of people involved; a car park has popped up next to the lifeboat station: 
Involved in the ad are two volunteers from the Liverpool-based charity Helping Hands (facebook page). The charity provides bedding, clothes and toiletries to homeless people in Liverpool.
Just saw the Tesco ad seemed to be to busy, not as good as other years, could have been done anywhere. That is better than the ads in North America they are always selling, no entertainment or Christmas spirit here.
