I recently read on a property news service I follow that the forthcoming Hoylake Holiday Inn Express – the redevelopment of the Kings Gap Hotel – will include a Frankie’s branded restaurant.
Frankie’s is a joint venture between jockey Frankie Dettori and chef Marco Pierre-White and the pair already have a handful of London based venues. If nothing else those two names should generate some good publicity for Hoylake over the coming months.
