- the grand street lamps
- a sign for a bank where Vanilla Lounge is today
- looks like those young lads are carrying laundry baskets to me
- plenty of horse muck on the road!
- no clock on the wall of the offices

The two sets of lamps were placed directly in front of the Town Hall doors. When the official for the Chair of the Hoylake Urban District Council stopped it was between the lamp posts so that he (was there ever a she I wonder?) could walk straight up to the front door in suitable style!
