A topical photo for you today courtesy of Mike Foster, (Chair, Friends of Hoylake and Meols in Bloom) showing the many plants that are ready and waiting to be planted around Hoylake. Â The volunteer team will be out in force soon planting up the various flower tubs, planters and brick raised beds (outside the Blue Anchor and Home Bargains).
You can also see the results of the teams efforts elsewhere in Hoylake. There’s new play equipment in the Sensory Garden within Meols Parade Gardens on the prom and the play area in Queens Park has been repainted and revamped. I’ve been asked if the now-removed old seesaw is being replaced – answers in the comments please if you know the answer!
