Here’s news of a great idea from leading UK charity Oxfam – and all us Hoylake residents can just pop along Meols Drive or get the train to our local Oxfam shop in Grange Road, West Kirby!
I’ve read full page ads in The Sunday Telegraph indicating that if you take your unwanted M&S clothes to your local Oxfam they’ll give you a £5 M&S voucher to use next time you spend £35 or more on clothing, home and beauty at M&S.
T&C’s apply but it does sound like an attractive offer that helps both us and Oxfam.
Oxfam in Stratford-upon-Avon have been giving out the M & S vouchers to customers for sometime now, and it has worked really well. All you have to do is donate some saleable items of M & S clothes, and receive a £5 voucher. Not only do the customers benefit but Oxfam have been receiving some really good clothes, which they then sell on.
