Hoylake resident and photographer Colin McPherson has visited various Scottish football grounds for a recent photography project entitled When Saturday Comes. The photos are great and you don’t have to be a football fan to appreciate the images Colin has captured.
The BBC commissioned and made a short film (less than 4 minutes) about the project and it’s really worth viewing – it’s here on the BBC website.

The exhibition is on at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery until 24th April 2016, what an excuse to visit that beautiful city!
